I met Edoardo during a training session (1 week) @ Huawei , since BT Italia was starting to manage a largest network using Huawei DWDM equiments. Thanks to Edoardo, my group and me learned perfectly all the features of these new equipments. He designs the training tailoring it on our job profiles and equipments up and running in BT sites. He was always available to provide us promptly every kind of information about the working mode and the remote control we needed, complete and correct informations about the WDM technology and all other issues that we asked him providing examples directly on the equipment in the test plant. The training has been very useful for all us and overachieves our expectations. I strongly recommend him to cover all customer-facing service management and customer solution sales management roles.
